Mailing list members are individuals that have subscribed to a certain list to receive periodic emails, such as weekly newsletters. If the mailing list client application that is used to manage the list permits it, you can also approve members manually, but in this case such messages may be accepted as unsolicited and reported as spam by the recipients. Basically, these members can unsubscribe from a mailing list by clicking a hyperlink in the emails they receive, or you, as the mailing list admin, can manually remove them if they request this or if you decide that some of the mailing list members should not belong to the mailing list anymore. Each mailing list member will be able to see only their own address in the "To" section of the email messages they get, but not the email addresses of the other mailing list members.
