A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your web site(s) to our enterprise–grade cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary network downtime. That’s why we will accomplish all that for you at no cost!We have experienced administrators whose chief task is to ensure that your website functions exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based upon well–known web applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, because there are plenty of variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the content is not very large).

A: We will need the login details for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the website’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share precisely the same details you have given to your old web host.
